Allow us to guide you gently through 4 nights and 3 full days of Slow Stitch, Deep Rest, and Gentle Movement, supported with delicious, nourishing meals while you delight in luxury facilities, surrounded by 16 acres of nature at her finest.

We have expertly curated this retreat to offer you a complete escape by slowing down time and ensuring space for you to simply be, connect, create and rest. You’ll be nurtured and nourished on your own terms; all you have to do is arrive.

Retreat Design

We have designed this retreat as if we were attending it ourselves, covering all the bases we would want to be covered: a beautiful location; comfortable private or shared ensuite room options for accommodation; delicious, nourishing and sustaining food; kind and welcoming tutors; access to expert knowledge and resources in a relaxed and light-hearted environment.If you are in need of a true escape to make time for yourself, your creativity, to nurture and nourish your body and mind, gather with kindred spirits and simply make space for more joy in your life, we do hope you’ll join us. • Single ensuite rooms with options available for twin share;

• Access to Cape South facilities - soak in the soothing magnesium pool, warm up in the infra-red sauna and spa, wander the organic gardens, while away time on the verandah;

• Nourishing meals and delights created by Cape South's onsite Executive Chef - all dietary needs will be catered for;

• Flexibility in the programme for you to relax - read, rest, rejuvenate or restore yourself;

• Optional daily guided Qi Gong sessions, before breakfast; and

For us to create the most optimal experience for the group, there are very limited spaces available.

Accommodation is offered in the main homestead at Cape South.

Pricing is per person, by room; options are Private room or Twin Share, all rooms have ensuites.

Rooms are allocated on a first-in basis. If you would like to Twin Share with a friend, please let us know when both of you book.

Price includes accommodation, all meals from Friday Dinner - Tuesday Brunch, all activities, materials and tuition i.e. everything except your travel to and from Cape South homestead and your travel insurance*

Note: To ensure ultimate care and attention of our guests, minimum and maximum numbers apply to this Retreat. A non refundable deposit of $1500 is required to secure your booking.

****Should your circumstances change, please let us know immediately, and we will endeavour to fill your spot with another participant.If we cannot do so, we will be unable to refund your booking; however you will be welcome to gift your place to a friend. However, if our circumstances change or minimum numbers are not achieved, your deposit, less transaction fees, will be refunded.

After 30 June 2024, no refund will be available under any circumstances.Payments can be made via bank transfer or card online; instalments by arrangement or as invoiced up to 60 days prior to the retreat. Please let us know which suits you best.

*Insurance - We recommend you book insurance at the same time as booking your room on the retreat. Including ‘cancel for any reason’ in your policy, as well as cancellation and medical cover for anything COVID related, would be smart in these interesting times too!
