Creating this book with my incredible publisher Koa Press was such an incredible experience and I hope you really enjoy what the book has to offer. Because we’re in a rural village on a tiny island at the bottom of the world shipping can be a little expensive for some items, especially a book as it is a bit heavier than 1kg which puts it in a different shipping cost bracket.
