Hand Dyed Wool - Soft Peppermint Greens #24
Hand Dyed Wool - Soft Peppermint Greens #24
All skeins are hand dyed and hand wound by Fleur Woods Art Studio, our wools are small batch and colours are not ever exactly the same and often never repeated.
a skein = 1 bundle of wool
Skeins are $12.00 each, 5 grams (aprox 19 metres) of silk merino 4 ply New Zealand wool in one length. Our wool contains 15% Mulberry Silk.
We created these wools as we wanted to be able to enjoy stitching with the beautiful silk merino in colours that inspired us, as an extension of my stitched painting practice.
Once we started hand painting & dying our wools we knew without a doubt that you might enjoy stitching with them too. We use Ashford Dyes, a New Zealand based wool dye and follow environmentally friendly practices avoiding waste and disposing of any dye residue responsibly.
These wools often sell out quickly, please know we are continually creating more so if you missed out this time stay connected via our newsletter to be updated when the next batch is released.

We’re a rural studio shipping weekly on a Thursday.
Shipping is based on weight and region, you will see your shipping charge at the checkout. Wools are very light weight so a great option to add to other orders as they add very little to the overall weight.
Should you need any support with your order we are happy to assist.
Note: you will receive an email letting you know once your kit is on the way. Once shipped NZ deliveries will take around 5-7 days, Australia allow 2-5 weeks, Rest of the World 4-7 weeks.
All attempts are made to package the wools of safe arrival with you, if you would like to know more about our shipping policies & T&C’s please click here
Please note that customs duties or tariffs may apply for deliveries to your country. If you are unsure whether a tariff could apply to your order please check with your local or national customs authority. We are unable to predict the many requirements, especially as they change often but do our very best to make it clear that your items are from artisan producers which in some cases allows for exemption. As you are paying the NZ Dollar amount for your items the pricing often still works out well with your exchange and while we know duties are a total bummer we can’t be responsible for paying for or preventing those potential charges.
As always you are so welcome to email us if you have any questions: fleurwoodsart@gmail.com
